The Bridal car includes:
Arrival at the Brides collection address prior to the departure time, to allow for photographs with the car/s followed by a relaxed journey to the ceremony.
- Bridesmaids run first (subject to distance 10 minutes 5 miles). Young Bridesmaids must be accompanied by an adult.
- Should you decide to hire two wedding cars for the Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride, or Groom and Best man we will tailor the service to suit your requirements.
- White and Black umbrellas are available for the Bride & Groom.
- Booster seats can be supplied for small children over four years of age. Seats need to be supplied for children under the age of four. Please note that the seats must be fitted by the parent /guardian. Our chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for the fitting of the child seats.
- After the ceremony Champagne can be served to the Bride and Groom, or at the reception to be enjoyed during the photogaphs with the car.
- The cars are decorated with a silk flower arrangement on the front grill and either cream or white bonnet ribbons and door bows. Inside the cars where it is possible, there is a flower arrangement on the rear parcel shelf.
Same Venue ceremony & reception:
If the wedding and reception are at the same venue, the car waits for the duration of the ceremony
for photographs with the Bride and Groom or partners. After all of the photographs have been taken our
chauffeur serves chilled champagne to the happy couple and takes them for a drive (sometimes via a local
beauty spot for extra photographs if required). This gives the happy couple time to relax together before
returning to the reception in order for their guests to receive them.
When booking your wedding car hire bear in mind the following points :
Firstly taking the Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride to the church/ceremony.
Transportation of the Bride and her Chaperone to the church/ceremony.
Transportation of the Bride and Groom to the Wedding Reception.
Don't forget you may not only need to transport the Bridesmaids, Bestman, and the Brides Mother to the wedding reception but also the Brides Chaperone as after the ceremony the Groom will take his/her place in the wedding car. Your car hire arrangements may well require two or more wedding cars.
As a Special touch for your day we can suppply Number plates bearing the names of the Bride and Groom and the wedding date. This can be placed on the car following the ceremony whilst the photographs are taken and aftrewards kept as a memento.
