Wedding car hire Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings are confirmed once the Booking fee has been paid. A non refundable Booking fee of £ 100 per
vehicle is required. The balance outstanding must be paid no later than 30 days before the wedding day
2. Cancellations must be made in writing to Premier Wedding Cars. All cancellations incur a charge
(minimum amount is the booking fee) should the hirer cancel within 90 days of the wedding date the
balance is due in full. In the event that we secure another booking for the vehicle for the same date all
monies will be refunded minus the Booking Fee.
3. In the event of the hirer changing the date of a booking we will transfer the booking fee to the new date
if that date is available. However, if the new date is unavailable the hirer will forfeit the booking fee.
4. Premier Wedding Cars reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical failure or
Other circumstances beyond our control. Vehicles of a lesser hire charge will entitle the hirer to a
Refund of the difference. Where a vehicle of a higher hire charge is substituted no extra will be
Charged to the hirer.
5. The vehicles will be clean inside and out and decorated with cream or white ribbons and a silk flower
arrangement on the front of the car and on the rear parcel shelf (where applicable) or as per your
request.
6. The vehicle(s) will arrive at the agreed time and date specified on the booking form. The Hirer must
ensure that all agreed passengers will be ready for departure at that time. No additional journeys will
be made other than those agreed.
7. We allow a maximum of three hours for a wedding or civil ceremony. Should extra time be required
an additional charge may be made. In the event that your agreed hire time should over run your debit
or credit card will be debited for the extra time minimum of £50.00 per hour in half hour increments.
8. Our chauffeurs will choose the route based on local knowledge and/or satellite navigation.
The drivers will use their judgement at a sensible speed in relation to the road and weather conditions.
No responsibility can be taken for route closures or for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any
location or hold ups on route or adverse weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for late
arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. The company recommend that
you are covered by adequate wedding insurance.
9. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle(s) by themselves and/or guests.
A minimum charge of £ 150.00 will be charged to their debit or credit to cover valeting costs should
fouling be caused by any passenger through drink, food or illness. Smoking and eating is strictly
forbidden in all vehicles, all items left in the vehicles are at the owners own risk and no responsibility
will be taken for their loss or damage.
10. Passengers are required to wear seat belts where fitted. We cannot carry children under 4 years of
age. We can supply boosters seats for children between 4 and 12 years old accompanied and fitted by
a parent or Guardian. Our chauffeurs will not be responsible for the fitting the child seats .
11. All passengers are requested to make sure that all belongings are with them before vacating the
vehicle(s). Valuables should not be left in the vehicle(s) during the ceremony. Every effort is made to
ensure against damage to, or loss of property of the hirer or any member of the wedding party when
either stationary or travelling in our vehicles.
12. We reserve the right to amend our terms and Conditions at any time.
13. Premier Wedding Cars recommend that you have in place appropriate Wedding Insurance Cover any
eventuality, for example Cancellation, Attire, Photos, Video, Presents, Rings, Loss of Deposit, Cake,
Public Liability.
14. By signing and or returning your booking form and paying the booking fee you will be deemed to
have agreed to the above terms and conditions.
